PRELIMINARY MEETING
A preliminary meeting on site is so often very productive, allowing rapid mutual assessment and exchange of criteria and ideas, with immediate and informative advice on how best to proceed.
DDA Architectural Consultants regularly assist prospective purchasers in understanding the potential of a property. We discuss their aims and ambitions, advising on all matters Architectural, identifying the issues and opportunities, whether of historical, technical, Planning Law, or construction programme and budget.
A charge of £225.00 (No VAT payable) for an initial consultation which on average takes 2-3 hours or so. However, we set no particular time limit, being happy to spend whatever time is necessary to address your queries and assess prevailing circumstances in full.
In the event of DDA being subsequently appointed this preliminary fee is discounted from the account.
